INTRODUCTION
We begin by sharing Ceremonial Cacao — a gentle heart-opening medicine that awakens both the physical and emotional body. It softens your inner landscape so you can more easily hear your body’s voice, your intuition, and your inner narratives.
If you feel called, you are welcome to share your intention or what is alive in your heart — and if you prefer to remain in your own Space, that is equally perfect. There is no pressure, only invitation.
THE JOURNEY
Each participant finds their own place in the Space, and we invite you to close your eyes using an eye mask.
The eye covering is a quiet agreement: “I do not watch you, and you do not watch me.”
Only we — the facilitators — keep our eyes open, simply to ensure safety, spaciousness, and gentle guidance.
We do not judge, evaluate, or interpret. We move with you, each in our own somatic experience but with presence and open awareness to mainly guide you in your inner journey.
If at some moment you feel someone close to you, know that it is likely one of us — holding, protecting, and tending to your space. If you happen to bump into someone, there is no need to fall into shame or self-blame. Sometimes this brief meeting of bodies becomes an important turning point in your inner story.
The dance lasts about 80-90 minutes. During this time, we invite you to remain in continuous movement — even if that movement is simply a gentle sway. Don’t stop. Let the body speak through movement, held by rhythm, vibration, and music.
You are free to jump, shake, tremble, cry, laugh, collapse, rise, spin, spiral — anything you feel is welcome. Everything you experience is valid. Breathe through it and let the music carry you where you need to go.
CLOSING
After the dance, we will help you ground.
We will share fruit, bread, and tea, and if you feel called, you may offer a word, a feeling, or a piece of the inner puzzle that surfaced.
“Somatic movement is not meant to be aesthetically pleasing. It is not an attempt to force the body into shapes it does not want.
It is guided by your inner experience — the feedback of your own felt sense.”
THE ROLE OF BREATH
Breath is your companion throughout the journey. Use it to support yourself.
If you feel stuck, overwhelmed, lost in your thoughts, or overtaken by emotion, return to your breath: inhale through the nose, slow and soft exhale through the mouth.
This brings your system back into the parasympathetic state — the place where we digest information, integrate experiences, and release what no longer needs to be held.
“On the healing path back into the body, it is essential to rebuild a strong relationship with your inner sensations —
to listen, to understand, and to trust the messages that arise.”
Through this awareness, we reclaim the ability to feel safe in our bodies, access our intuition, and follow the quiet wisdom that lives within.

THE EBB&FLOW EXPERIENCE
This Shamanic Trance Dance is more than movement — it is a descent into your own inner tides, where the body speaks, the breath guides, and the unseen becomes felt.
Through rhythm, darkness, somatic awareness, and the drumbeat of your own heartbeat, layers soften, emotions loosen, and your inner world begins to move again.
Step into the mystery.
Let the music carry you.
Allow your body to remember what your mind has forgotten — and let yourself be held by the dance.
We are deeply moved by your courage to step into this journey, and grateful for your trust in walking it with us.
